They contain 270 mg of EPA and 180 mg of DHA as well as 30 mg of vitamin E, equivalent to 250 % NRV. Focus on EPA and DHA: The two long-chain omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA are characteristic components of fish oil. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart at a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
With high-strength vitamin E: The daily serving also contains 30 mg of vitamin E, equivalent to 250 % NRV. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Easy-to-swallow softgels: The softgels have a smooth surface, which makes them pleasant to swallow. With 90 softgels, one pack lasts for 30 days at three softgels a day.

Omega-3 fatty acids belong to the family of polyunsaturated fatty acids. The best known include plant-based alpha-linolenic acid as well as EPA and DHA, which are found, for example, in oily sea fish.
The structure of cell membranes is particularly interesting, as their properties are influenced by the composition of different fatty acids. DHA is a component of membranes in nerve tissue and the retina, among other places. The EPA and DHA content can differ greatly between individual oils.
Vegetable oils contain different fatty acid patterns that depend largely on the respective plant species. The proportions of saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids are not the same in all oils.
Fatty acids are divided, among other things, according to the position of their double bonds into the omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 families. Certain vegetable oils also provide fat-accompanying compounds such as tocopherols or phytosterols. Extraction by pressing or solvent extraction influences the composition of the end product.

Schön, dass es Omega im Doppel...
Schön, dass es Omega im Doppelpack gibt, da meine ganze Familie regelmäßig diese Kapseln einnimmt, sparen wir dabei.

Seit einem jahr nehme ich tägl...
Seit einem jahr nehme ich täglich die Kapseln und meine Haut ist sichtbar weicher geworden. Unser Körper besteht zu einem großen Anteil aus Fetten - diese hier sind im gegensatz zu Butter, etc. gut für den Cholesteringehalt. Wichtig auch bei einem solchen produkt: keine unangenehmen gerüche nach der Einnahme!

Leicht in der Einnahme. Lohnt sich allerdings nur im Doppelpack, da ähnliche Produkte auch in Drogerien relativ preisgünstig zu bekommen sind.

Habe die Kapseln über mehrere Monate genommen. Kein lästiges aufstoßen etc.
