WHERE IS MY PARCEL?

AS A REGISTERED CUSTOMER, YOU CAN TRACK THE LOCATION OF YOUR PARCELS AT ANY TIME!

1- Go to "My account" > "Orders".

2- Open the relevant order and under "Parcel tracking" look for your parcel tracking number.

3- Enter this parcel tracking number under this DHL link:

4- https://www.dhl.de/de/privatkunden/dhl-sendungsverfolgung.html

The location of the parcel will be displayed!

WHERE CAN I FIND MY RECENT ORDERS?

Go to "My account" > "Orders".


HOW CAN I PAY LATER VIA PAYPAL?

1- Visit paypal.com and go to Send and Request

2- Enter the email address of the recipient: paypal@fairvital.com

3- Enter the amount, choose the currency, add your name and order number if available, then click Next.

4- Select how you want to pay and click Next.

5- Check the information and click on Send payment now.


HOW CAN I REPEAT AN ORDER?

Go to "My account" > "Orders" > top right "..." > "Repeat order"


HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Go to "My account" > "Orders" > top right "..." > "Cancel order"

As long as your order was not yet being processed, you can cancel it yourself. If your order is already being processed, cancellation is only possible by telephone.


CAN I ORDER BY TELEPHONE?

Yes, of course! You will find the hotline number for your country at the bottom of the page.
