Selenium: for the thyroid
The trace element selenium is far more important for our cells and our health than is often assumed.
It is an essential component of various enzyme systems that neutralize free radicals. Selenium thus contributes to cell protection. Selenium is also important for the immune system and contributes to strong nails and strong hair.
Since selenium can contribute to normal sperm formation the trace element can be important for male fertility.
The thyroid gland is also dependent on an adequate supply of selenium for its function.
Selenium from selenium yeast
In this process, yeast is grown on selenium-rich culture media and then dried. This allows the yeast to naturally synthesize a high proportion of organic selenium. The resulting yeast has a high concentration of the selenium-containing proteins selenomethionine and selenocysteine, these compounds are also naturally found in plants.
Organic selenium compounds can be absorbed by the body better than inorganic ones. Selenite and selenate compounds must first be converted into biologically active selenoproteins such as selenomethionine or selenocysteine in the organism.
The American Academy of Sciences considers 200 micrograms a day to be safe and appropriate as a dietary supplement.

Einfach in den Alltag integrierbar
Selen (Hefe) passt bei mir ganz unkompliziert in den Alltag. Alles Wichtige ist schnell zu erfassen. Passt für mich einfach gut.

Praktische und ordentliche Verpackung
So schnell hatte ich gar nicht mit dem Paket gerechnet. Auch die Packung von Selen (Hefe) kam ohne Druckstellen oder Schäden an.

Praktische und ordentliche Verpackung
Trotz der pflanzlichen Zutaten ist die Handhabung angenehm unkompliziert. Bei Selen (Hefe) finde ich die Handhabung angenehm unkompliziert. Der Verschluss funktioniert gut und die Packung bleibt ordentlich. Für den täglichen Gebrauch passt es für mich gut.

Gute Qualität und einfache Anwendung
Mir wurde direkt und unkompliziert weitergeholfen. Bei Selen (Hefe) war anschließend alles eindeutig.

Sehr gut bioverfügbar, denn diese organische Form entspricht genau der Art, welche natürlicherweise in Pflanzenprotein und tierischem Gewebe vorkommt.

Hochdosiertes Selen
Die Tabletten wurden mir vom Arzt empfohlen. Über die Wirkung kann ich noch nichts sagen.

Selen 200 da es Schwermetalle...
Selen 200 da es Schwermetalle wie Amalgam binden kann, habe ich es vor und nach er Entfernung meiner Amalgam –Füllungen eine Zeit lang genommen. Damit hatte ich ein gutes Gefühl, nicht so sehr mit diesem Schwermetall belastet zu sein. Habe alles gut überstanden, mir geht es sehr gut.
