Brazilian tonic
Catuaba is the general term for a number of trees in the northern regions of Brazil. The best known and mostly used Catuaba tree is Erythroxylum vacciniifolium. The chopped up Catuaba bark is traditionally used by the native Brazilians as a tea.
Catuaba ingredients
Catuaba bark contains catuabin, fatty acids, phytosterols, antioxidants, flavonoids, tannins and resins.

Recommended intake:
Adults 3 capsules daily in divided doses with meals and plenty of water.
