  • Sage: Sage plants like it warm and sunny and also feel comfortable on the windowsill. Hours of sunlight should be avoided as much as possible. The sage should be watered when the top layer of soil is dry.
  • Basil: Basil is happy in a sunny place, with nutrient-rich and moist soil. Make sure that it does not stand in water.

Tip: Dip the pot with the basil in water once a week and let it drain.

.
  • Parsley: This herb likes light but shady places, direct sun should be avoided. Parsley should be fertilised about every 2 weeks, because it needs a lot of nutrients. Parsley can be used for two years before it flowers.
  • Chives: Chives are an enjoyable representative of their species. It feels most at home in bright places. You will do it good if you fertilise it every 4 weeks. The soil should always be kept slightly moist.
