In historical Indian scripts, ashwagandha was described as a magical remedy. The plant is known in the European area since the 16th century. Its natural home extends from the Middle East via Africa to China. Experts assume that it appeared initially in the North African area and slowly spread further from there.
Important ingredients of ashwagandha
The roots of ashwagandha contain various alkaloids such as anaferin, anahygrin, cuscohygrin, nicotine, tropin and withasomnin. Furthermore, they contain withanolides such as sominferanoloid, somniwithanoloide, withaferin A and withasominferanolide.Ashwagandha is a popular natural product for persons who work too much, sleep too little or feel weakened.

Recommended intake:
Adults 2 capsules daily in divided doses with meals and plenty of water.
