Vitamin B3 Niacin 100mg - 250 Tablets

B3 niacin: high-dose nicotinamide The substances nicotinamide (also: niacinamide) and nicotinic acid are summarized under the term niacin. These two substances can be converted into one another by the human body. Niacin is one of the 8 vitamins in the B complex and is water-soluble. The body is not able to store it and is therefore dependent on sufficient supply through food. Vitamin B3 in food Animal foods such as eggs, game, fish, poultry and dairy products are naturally rich in vitamin B3. However, vegetarians and vegans are usually also well supplied with the vitamin, because it is also found in coffee, cashew nuts, wholemeal products, mushrooms, vegetables and fruit. Niacin for the psyche Niacin fulfills its main task as a typical vitamin B in the protein, fat and carbohydrate metabolism and thus contributes to a normal energy metabolism, which also reduces tiredness and fatigue. A sufficient supply of B3 is also important for the nervous system, the psyche and the skin. A niacin deficiency can trigger the disease Pellagra, which can manifest itself in skin and mucous membrane diseases as well as neurological and psychological disorders. A niacin deficiency is in Europe and today it is extremely rare, but it makes sense to supplement the micronutrient with a dietary supplement in case of an increased need for vitamin B3. Buy niacin as tablets from Fairvital 100mg vitamin B3 per tablet Flush-free as nicotinamide supports the nerves for a healthy mental balance contributes to normal skin and mucous membranes small tablets, easy to swallow Bulk pack of 250 tablets vegetarian and vegan gluten-free, lactose-free, fructose-free without magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide

Supply with the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA The brain and nervous system are made up of nearly 50% essential fatty acids. A sufficient and balanced intake is therefore necessary for good health. Unfortunately, the human body is not able to synthesize these fatty acids itself, which means that they must be ingested in sufficient quantities with food. Foods with omega-3 fatty acids The polyunsaturated fatty acids can be found in fish, algae and plants. While plants mainly contain omega-3 fatty acids in the form of alpha-linolenic acid, fish such as eel, salmon, herring or sardines and algae primarily contain the two omega-3 fatty acids DHA ( docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid). Fish can produce DHA and EPA themselves, but they also absorb them by eating algae. Function of omega-3 fatty acids Omega-3 fatty acids are necessary for the natural functioning of the body, especially the heart and blood vessels and the central nervous system. The essential fatty acids are the basis of all cell membranes. As starting materials for the formation of certain prostaglandins, EPA and DHA are involved in a large number of metabolic pathways. For example, they are known for their soothing properties for the intestines, but also for the joints and the skin. Omega-3 fatty acids and cholesterol DHA and EPA are important for the functioning of the heart and are required by the brain. The eyes are also dependent on the two omega-3 fatty acids, as they can support normal sight. The positive effect occurs with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA and EPA. Artichoke: Popular plant with bitter substances The artichoke was already known as a nutritive plant in ancient Egypt (approx. 652-332 BC). In the 2nd century it was very popular and highly traded in Roman markets. It was discovered as a natural remedy in the Middle Ages. The artichoke plant is native to the entire Mediterranean region and is also an integral part of the regional cuisine there. The so-called artichoke heart and the lower fleshy parts of the leaves are edible. The taste can be described as bitter and tart. Ingredients of artichokes Artichokes are considered to be particularly rich in nutrients, with the valuable ingredient being the bitter substance cynarin. This is contained in the green parts of the plant and is considered to be one of the most important biologically active substances in the artichoke. Its concentration is highest in the artichoke leaves. The artichoke extract from Fairvital has been standardized to a content of 2.5% cynarin, which per daily dose of 3 capsules 26mg equals.
