Klappdeckel echt praktisch: so mag ich die Dose :)
Der Klappdeckel ist gut gelöst, kein ewiges Schrauben. Bin damit zufrieden.

Nicht erst interessant, wenn die Wade nachts Alarm schläg
Früher habe ich Magnesium tatsächlich nur mit Muskelkrämpfen verbunden. Mittlerweile sehe ich es viel breiter und achte gerade in stressigen oder sportlich intensiven Wochen stärker darauf. Magnesiumbisglycinat ist dabei meine bevorzugte Variante geworden.

Meine Beine sind müde, mein Nervensystem offenbar noch nicht
Nach spätem Training kenne ich dieses komische Gefühl aus körperlicher Müdigkeit und gleichzeitig noch ziemlich viel innerer Aktivität. Magnesiumbisglycinat habe ich deshalb eher für den Abend eingeplant. Magnesium trägt schließlich sowohl zur normalen Muskelfunktion als auch zur normalen Funktion des Nervensystems bei.
