Magnesium Aspartate - 150 Capsules

Magnesium aspartate, Supports muscle function and energy metabolism, 100% green, vegan quality food supplement from Germany.

Description

Magnesium Aspartate - 150 Capsules

Magnesium: essential for muscles

Magnesium activates around 200 enzymes and is involved in numerous metabolic reactions. This mineral plays an important role in energy metabolism, in the formation of bones and teeth, and in the functioning of muscles and the nervous system.

What is magnesium aspartate?

Magnesium aspartate is one of the organic magnesium compounds, more precisely one of the organic magnesium salts, which also include magnesium citrate and magnesium gluconate.
Magnesium is in this product from Fairvital combined with aspartic acid (also: L-aspartate), a proteinogenic amino acid. Its name derives from the vegetable asparagus (Asparagus officinalis), which contains high levels of this amino acid.

Function

Magnesium plays an important role in energy metabolism and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. It is also required for the nervous system and normal muscle function. For this reason, taking magnesium can help with leg cramps.
Another role of magnesium is to maintain normal bones (along with calcium) and normal teeth. The mineral also supports mental function.

Combination tip: Vitamin D3

In addition, magnesium is part of about 200 enzymes. These include the enzymes responsible for converting vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) into its active form (calcitriol). Vitamin D3 supplementation should therefore always be combined with magnesium.

300mg of potassium per capsule - for nervous system, muscle function and blood pressure Potassium is an important intracellular mineral. It may be important for the normal functioning of muscles and nerves. It is also required for maintaining normal blood pressure. More than 98% of the potassium in the body is within the cells. This shows how important potassium is for health. Potassium is the natural antagonist of sodium The balance between the two minerals potassium and sodium is a prerequisite for the correct water content in the cells and for the regulation of many physiological processes in the body. Fast food and processed foods often contain too much table salt (source of sodium) and too little potassium. Daily salt consumption for most people is at least twice the World Health Organization recommended amount of five grams per day. It is well known that eating too much salt increases the risk of high blood pressure. Occurrence in food Potassium is mainly found in plant-based foods, such as bananas, potatoes, spinach and mushrooms. Legumes, brewer's yeast and dried fruit are also good sources of potassium. Bioavailability of potassium citrate Potassium citrate is the potassium salt of citric acid. It is absorbed very quickly by the body. Any excess potassium or citrate ions are excreted in the urine. The bioavailability of potassium citrate is higher than that of potassium carbonate. The absorption of citrate is up to 66% higher than that of carbonate. Potassium capsules from Fairvital highly bioavailable due to the citrate form contains 36% potassium (300mg per capsule) gluten-free, lactose-free, fructose-free vegetarian and vegan without magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide helps to maintain normal blood pressure May be important for the normal functioning of the nervous system supports normal muscle function

Taurine: sensible dietary supplement Taurine is often assigned to the non-proteinogenic and sulphurous amino acids that occur naturally both in the daily diet and in the human body. Non-proteinogenic means that, unlike other amino acids, it is not incorporated into proteins. Taurine is made by the body itself when the amino acid cysteine is broken down. However, the human organism can synthesize it relatively poorly. Only around 50 to 125mg are produced daily. Taurine occurs freely (unbound) in cells. Between 30 and 70g of taurine are found in the body of a person weighing around 70kg. It is found in high concentrations in the muscles, brain, heart and blood. Taurine was isolated from ox bile by Leopold Gmelin and Friedrich Tiedemann in 1827 and called gall asparagine. At that time, chemists were working on investigating the processes in the digestive process of cattle. The term "taurine" comes from the Latin word for bull bile, Fel tauri, or from the Greek word tauros for "bull" and was first mentioned in literature in 1838. Occurrence of taurine in food Good sources of taurine are shrimp (260mg/100g), tuna (70mg/100g), pork tenderloin (50mg/100g), lamb tenderloin (47mg/100g), beef tenderloin (36mg/100g), chicken (34mg/100g), liver ( 30mg/100g) and milk (6mg/100g). Since taurine is mainly found in animal foods, a dietary supplement with this amino acid can make sense for vegetarians and vegans. Taurine capsules from Fairvital highly dosed with 900mg per capsule Tip for vegetarians and vegans vegetarian and vegan gluten-free, lactose-free, fructose-free without magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide
