High-dose Iodine from Kelp
The iodine from kelp tablets from Fairvital provide a targeted supply of 200 µg iodine per tablet from natural kelp extract (135 mg). This supplement is suitable for supporting daily iodine intake.
This covers 133% of the daily reference value (NRV) for iodine per tablet.
The formula is intentionally minimal and contains only microcrystalline cellulose as a filler in addition to the active ingredient. The product is vegan and free from gluten, lactose and fructose.
What is kelp?
Kelp is a brown algae (Fucus vesiculosus) that is naturally rich in iodine. Iodine is an essential trace element that must be obtained through the diet, as the body cannot produce it itself.
This food supplement uses a standardized kelp dry extract.

Direkt erledigt: angenehm unkompliziert
Mit einem Schluck Wasser habe ich keine Schwierigkeiten, kein störender Nachgeschmack. Würde ich wieder nehmen.
