Adults: 2 capsules daily with plenty of water. Should not be consumed if other products containing green tea are consumed on the same day. Should not be consumed by pregnant and breastfeeding women or children under 18 years of age. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach. A daily dose of 800mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate must not be exceeded. One serving (capsule) of the product contains 112.5 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG).
