Golden millet with vitamin B-5 and the amino acid L-cysteine
Millet is a gluten-free cereal. It is naturally rich in minerals such as magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, silicon and iron. Zinc, which is also included, helps maintain normal skin, hair and nails. Millet also contains almost all B vitamins with a particularly high proportion of vitamins B5 and B6.

The golden millet extract contained in this dietary supplement has a 10-fold concentration and corresponds to 8.4 g golden millet per daily consumption of 3 capsules.
What is L-Cysteine?
The naturally occurring L-cysteine is a proteinogenic amino acid. In adults, it can be formed in the liver from the amino acid L-methionine, which also contains sulphur. Since L-cysteine biosynthesis alone is often not sufficient, the body is dependent on an additional intake of L-cysteine from food to cover its daily needs.
L-cysteine is the main source of sulfur in our diet and is found in almost all proteins. For example, it is found in salmon, shrimp, turkey and chicken breast, soybeans, beef, cashews, wheat germ, corn and milk proteins.

Meine Beauty-Schublade brauchte einmal etwas anderes als Biotin
Biotin, Zink und Selen habe ich inzwischen in unzähligen Kombinationen gesehen. Deshalb fand ich Goldhirse mit Pantothensäure erfrischend anders. Mein Grund für die Einnahme bleibt zwar das Thema Haare, aber ich bin froh dass ich hier mal einen anderen Ansatz ausprobieren kann.

Mein Friseurgespräch endete überraschend bei Goldhirse
Wir kamen beim Schneiden irgendwann auf Ernährung und Haare und dabei fiel der Begriff Goldhirse. Ich kannte bis dahin eher Biotin und Zink aus diesem Bereich.

Meine Haare haben mich überhaupt erst zur Goldhirse gebracht
Ich beschäftige mich inzwischen deutlich mehr mit Ernährung und allem, was rund um Haare angeboten wird. Dabei ist mir Goldhirse immer wieder begegnet.
