Fenugreek: traditional plant
Fairvital Fenugreek is a standardized plant extract containing 50% saponins. It is obtained from the seed of the plant Trigonella foenum-graecum.
Fenugreek originally comes from the Persian or North African region. Its effect was first described in the German-speaking area by Hildegard von Bingen. Later, Pastor Kneipp revived the cultivation of fenugreek in Germany and the plant received a high status in medicine history.
