Für Frühschichttage deutlich interessanter als ein Energy-Drink
Wenn der Wecker noch vor sechs klingelt, möchte ich nicht schon morgens mit dem ersten Energy-Drink anfangen. Vor allem die beiden B-Vitamine passen für mich zu Tagen, an denen die Energiereserven gefühlt früher gefordert werden.

Meine Beine waren nach der Radtour fertig – mein Interesse an Ribose geweckt
Nach längeren Touren habe ich angefangen, mich genauer damit zu beschäftigen, wie der Körper Energie überhaupt bereitstellt. Dadurch bin ich auf D-Ribose gestoßen und fand die Kombination mit B3 und B5 spannend.

Wenn nachmittags noch ein halber Arbeitstag übrig ist
Manche Tage starten früh und um 15 Uhr stehen trotzdem noch Termine im Kalender. Genau für solche langen Tage finde ich die Kombination interessant. B3 und B5 passen mit ihrem Beitrag zum normalen Energiestoffwechsel für mich sehr gut dazu, und das Pulver kann ich einfach in mein Getränk einrühren.

Einfach zu nehmen. Macht es leichter
Lässt sich bei mir gut in Wasser oder einen Shake geben und ist mit wenig Zeitaufwand erledigt. Passt gut in meine Anwendung.
