This food supplement contains a high-quality, 4-fold concentrated monk's pepper extract, which was produced by aqueous extraction. One capsule (daily dose) contains 50mg of chaste tree extract, which is equivalent to 200mg chaste tree.In addition, 3mg zinc in the form of zinc citrate were added per capsule.

The monk's pepper fruits contain 0.15 to 1.8 percent essential oil, which is composed of the substances sabinene, 1.8 cineol and alpha-pinene, among others. bei Menstruationsschmerzen
Seit ich regelmäßig den Mönchspeffer einnehmen sind meine Schmerzen von 100% auf 20% gesunken. (allerdings habe ich die Wirkung erst nach dem dritten Zyklus wahrnehmen können)
