Bromelain enthält verschiedene gesundheitsfördernde Enzyme . Es fördert die Verdauung und hilft bei Sportverletzungen wie Prellungen und Gelenkentzündungen. Es hat eine entzündungshemmende Wirkung, entspannt die Muskeln und verbessert die Wundheilung. Ich fühle mich gut seit ich Bromelian nehme, da es aus natürlichen Substanzen besteht verspüre ich auch keine Nebenwirkungen.

Wirklich ein gutes Produkt, zeigt keine Nebenwirkungen und hat einen guten Preis. Die Enzyme aus der Ananas gewonnen und auf natürliche Basis in Tablettenform finde ich gut. Prima das es hier so viele unterschiedliche Produkte gibt.

Hat sich bewährt
Bromelain gehört bei mir seit 2 Jahren einfach dazu. Es hat damals sehr gut bei einer Nasennebenhöhlenentzündung geholfen. Seitdem nehme ich täglich eine tablette vorbeugend. Ich bin weniger infektanfällig und fühle mich fitter.
