The daily serving of three capsules provides, among other things, 1200 mg of glucosamine HCl, 600 mg of chondroitin sulphate, 525 mg of MSM and 75 mg of hyaluronic acid.
Five building blocks in one formula: Glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, hyaluronic acid and astaxanthin are combined in a single product. The hyaluronic acid is produced by fermentation.
Supplemented with astaxanthin: The daily serving contains 130 mg of astaxanthin beadlets, with 3 mg of astaxanthin from them. Microencapsulation protects this sensitive substance from oxidation.
Three capsules a day: The daily serving is spread over meals. One pack contains 90 capsules and lasts for 30 days at the recommended intake.

Glucosamine and chondroitin belong to groups of substances connected with the structure of connective tissue and cartilage. Glucosamine is an amino sugar; chondroitin sulphate belongs to the sulphated glycosaminoglycans.
In the joint, the cartilage matrix and synovial fluid form a finely tuned system. Cartilage contains water, collagen and proteoglycans, which contribute to its mechanical properties. Various food supplements combine such structural substances with vitamins or minerals.
MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is an organic sulphur compound. Sulphur is also a natural component of various amino acids and is therefore found in numerous proteins in the body.
Sulphur-containing compounds are often considered in connection with connective tissue and joint structures in particular. MSM differs significantly in chemical terms from sulphur-containing amino acids; it is not a form of collagen or chondroitin.
In the Fairvital product Gelenk-Aktiv Pro, the formula shows the form and amount of the ingredients used. According to the list of ingredients, these include glucosamine HCl (from crustaceans). The composition table states 1200 mg of glucosamine HCl (of which 995 mg is glucosamine), 600 mg of chondroitin sulphate (of which 540 mg is chondroitin) and 525 mg of methylsulfonylmethane per 3 capsules. Ich trainiere regelmäßig und wollte meine Gelenkversorgung etwas konsequenter angehen. Das Produkt passt gut in meinen Tagesplan.!

Mein Knie hat irgendwann meine Supplement-Auswahl verändert
Früher bestand mein Regal hauptsächlich aus Protein, Kreatin und Magnesium. Mittlerweile beschäftige ich mich genauso viel mit allem rund um den Bewegungsapparat. Bei Gelenk-Aktiv Pro fand ich interessant, dass nicht nur ein einzelner Stoff enthalten ist, sondern gleich mehrere bekannte Komponenten kombiniert werden.

super Produkt - nehme ich ständig
Ich bin wirklich begeistert von diesem Produkt und dem grandiosen Kundenservice. Vor ca. 5 Jahren hatte ich erste Gelenkprobleme und begann mit der Einnahme. Die Beschwerden verschwanden und blieben seitdem weg bis ich vor kurzem eine faule Phase hatte, und 3 Wochen lang nichts mehr einnahm. Ich habe sofort die regelmäßoge Einnahme wieder aufgenommen, und ein paar Tage später merkte ich keine Beschwerden mehr.<br>Mir ist dieses Produkt sehr wichtig, und ich schaue immer, dass ich mindestens 3 Dosen davon auf Vorrat habe. Habe es jetzt auch einem Kollegen empfohlen.

Nach dem Skitag sind andere Themen wichtig als der Muskelkater
Nach vielen Stunden auf der Piste merke ich, dass nicht nur die Oberschenkel gearbeitet haben. Solche Tage haben meinen Blick auf Sport-Supplements ziemlich verändert. Heute interessieren mich Produkte rund um einen langfristig aktiven Lebensstil mindestens genauso wie der nächste Pre-Workout-Booster.

Mein Ziel ist nicht mehr nur die nächste Bestleistung
Natürlich möchte ich beim Sport weiterhin Fortschritte machen. Gleichzeitig ist mir inzwischen wichtiger geworden, auch in einigen Jahren noch gerne zu wandern, Rad zu fahren und zu trainieren. Genau aus diesem Grund schaue ich heute überhaupt nach Produkten wie Gelenk-Aktiv Pro.

Eine echte Hilfe
Ich habe eine starke Arthrose in den Kniegelenken und den Schultergelenken. Während andere Präparate, die nur Chondroitinsulfat enthalten (bei uns in der Schweiz kassenpflichtig) nur wenig geholfen haben, bin ich dank diesem Präparat fest ganz beschwerdefrei. Wichtig: volle Dosis regelmässig einnehmen!
