Aronia (Aronia melanocarpa) – The chokeberry produces almost black fruit and belongs to the rose family. Its strong, tart taste is also due to natural tannins.

Its natural ingredients include different compounds depending on the raw material. It is particularly known for its content of anthocyanins, i.e. red to violet polyphenols. Other dark berries also owe their colour to such compounds.

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) – Ashwagandha, also known as winter cherry, is a member of the nightshade family and has been described in Ayurvedic herbal lore for centuries.

Its natural ingredients include different compounds depending on the raw material. Particular attention is paid to withanolides, a group of plant steroidal lactones. The concentration differs between the root, the leaf and the extracts obtained from them.

In the Fairvital product Adaptogens, the formula shows the form and amount of the ingredients used. According to the list of ingredients, these include Cordyceps sinensis powder. The composition table states 200 mg of rosemary extract, 200 mg of aronia extract 5:1 and 200 mg of ashwagandha extract per 2 capsules. The pack contains 60 capsules.
