What is propolis?

Tolles Nahrungsergänzungsmittel gegen Heuschnupfen
Propolis 1000 mg wurde mir durch einen Artikel in "Natur und Heilen" empfohlen. Propolis hat mich durch die schwere Zeit des Heuschnupfen gebracht. Ich musste keine Medikamente einnehmen, nur Augentropfen waren nötig. Allerdings müsste ich die Dosierung je nach täglicher Allergie erhöhen. Dies hatte aber keine Nebenwirkungen. Ich bin froh, dass ich auf die Heuschnupfen-Medikamente verzichten konnte.
